By accessing and using the EXCAVO platform (excavo.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
EXCAVO provides premium TradingView indicators through a subscription-based service. Access to indicators is granted on the TradingView platform after subscription payment and verification of your TradingView username. EXCAVO also offers a VIP community with market analytics and educational content (EXCAVO Academy).
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, including a valid email address and TradingView username. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. EXCAVO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected (monthly, semi-annual, or annual). All payments are processed through our third-party payment providers. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change with prior notice. Access to indicators is granted within 48 hours of successful payment verification.
5. TradingView Indicator Access
Indicator access is granted to the TradingView username provided in your account. You may not share, redistribute, or resell access to the indicators. Sharing your TradingView account credentials to circumvent subscription requirements is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate revocation of access without refund.
6. Disclaimer
EXCAVO indicators and analytics are tools for market analysis only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or signals to buy or sell any financial instrument. All trading involves risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
7. Intellectual Property
All indicators, algorithms, educational content, and platform design are the intellectual property of EXCAVO. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on our indicators or platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
EXCAVO shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or service interruptions.
9. Termination
EXCAVO reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
